Account & Data Deletion

Loomie by ZetaComs. You can delete your Loomie account and all data associated with it at any time. Because accounts are anonymous, we need one identifier from you to find the right account.

Delete in the app (instant)

  1. Open Loomie and go to Settings (the gear icon, top-right of Home).
  2. Scroll to Account → tap Delete my account, then tap again to confirm.
  3. Your account and all its data are erased from our servers immediately, and the app starts fresh.

Or request by email

  1. Email walexy85@gmail.com with the subject "Loomie account deletion".
  2. Include your display name (from the You tab) and, if you have one, your account recovery code (Settings → account recovery). This lets us locate your account.
  3. We'll confirm and permanently delete your account, usually within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is removed from our database: your anonymous account ID, display name and avatar, gameplay stats (words, streaks, levels), coins, saved games, leaderboard and tournament scores, match history, and any stored push-notification token.

What may remain briefly

Routine, anonymized server logs and encrypted backups may persist for a short period before being overwritten on their normal cycle; they are not used to re-identify you and are purged automatically.

Prefer to just stop?

Uninstalling the app stops all data collection. To also remove your server-side data, send the deletion request above.
