Loomie — Terms of Service

By playing Loomie (the "app"), published by ZetaComs, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The game

Loomie is a word-puzzle game offered for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Loomie.

3. Coins & virtual items

Coins and other in-game items are a virtual currency with no monetary value. They cannot be bought with real money, exchanged for cash, or transferred off your account. In the optional "coin pot" match mode, players stake and win virtual coins only — there is no real-money wagering. We may adjust balances to fix errors or abuse.

4. Fair play

• Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or tamper with the game or its servers.
• Choose a display name that isn't offensive, impersonating, or infringing. We may reset names or scores that break these rules.
• Be respectful to other players in live matches.

5. Ads

Loomie is free and supported by ads. Some rewards are offered in exchange for watching an ad; watching is always optional.

6. Availability & "as is"

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that progress can never be lost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZetaComs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Termination

You may stop using Loomie and request account deletion at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
